Future Lawyer Bingo - Terms and Conditions

 

Event: Future Lawyer Conference 

Activity Dates:

  • Private Practice Day — 14th April 2026

  • In-House Day — 15th April 2026

  • Litigation Day — 16th April 2026

1. Organiser

​

1.1 The Future Lawyer Bingo activity (the “Activity") is organised by Cosmonauts Ltd. (the “Organiser"). Any queries relating to the Activity should be directed to francesca@cosmonauts.biz.​

2. Eligibility

​

2.1 The Activity is only open to delegates from law firms and in-house legal teams (the “Bingo Participants”).

2.2 Bingo Participants must be registered delegates attending the relevant day of the Future Lawyer Conference.

2.3 Employees, contractors, and representatives of sponsoring companies, the Organiser, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2.4 Participation is limited to the specific day for which a delegate is registered and has attended in person. A Private Practice Day card may not be submitted on In-House Day or Litigation Day, and vice versa.

2.5 Bingo Participants must be aged 18 or over.

3. How to Enter

​

3.1 To enter the prize draw, Bingo Participants must complete all of the following steps on the relevant day:

(a) Visit all the booths listed on their day card.

(b) Complete a 5 min product demonstration by each relevant exhibitor. 

(c) Collect a stamp from each booth following the demo completion.

(d) Once all stamps have been collected, return the completed card to the Registration Desk.

(e) Trade the completed card for a Draw Number and keep that number safe.

3.2 All steps must be completed before the closing time announced by the Organiser on the relevant day.

3.3 Each participant may submit only one completed card per day. Cards that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, or tampered with will be disqualified.

3.4 Cards are non-transferable and must be completed by the registered delegate to whom they were issued.

 

4. The Prize Draw

​

4.1 Winners will be drawn from the pool of completed entries at the end of the relevant day, following an announcement made at the event.

4.2 Bingo Participants must be physically present at the time of the draw to claim their prize. If a winner is not present when their number is called, a new winner will be selected.

4.3 The draw will take place once per day. The Organiser's decision in conducting the draw is final.

4.4 The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to confirming any winner.

5. Prizes

​

5.1 The prizes available are as follows:

​

Private Practice Day (14 April 2026) - 11" iPad Air (M4)

In-House Day (15 April 2026) - PlayStation® 5

Litigation Day (16 April 2026) - reMarkable Paper Pro

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its control.

5.4 The winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize.

5.5 Prizes will be awarded on the day of the relevant event where possible. If a prize cannot be awarded on the day, the Organiser will make reasonable arrangements to deliver or dispatch the prize to the winner.

6. Booth Interactions

​

6.1 Stamps will only be issued by exhibiting booth staff following a 5 min product demonstration. Stamps obtained by any other means will render an entry invalid.

6.2 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any booth being unavailable or unstaffed during the event. In such circumstances, the Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative means for Bingo Participants to obtain the relevant stamp.

7. General Conditions

​

7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Activity at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in the Organiser's reasonable opinion, has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.3 The Organiser's decision in all matters relating to the Activity is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7.4 The Organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Activity or receipt of a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Data Protection

​

8.1 Personal data collected in connection with this Activity (including names and contact details) will be processed by the Organiser in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8.2 Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Activity and, if applicable, delivering prizes to winners.

8.3 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment, or as required by law.
