When will I receive my ticket?After purchasing your ticket online and completing the registration form, you’ll receive email confirmation that you’re registered for the event. You’re on the list! If you’ve purchased your ticket through our sales team we’ll process your ticket for you!

What is included in my ticket?You’re in for a treat! Your ticket includes access to all days of the conference, which includes stand alone presentations, panel sessions, production demonstrations, and networking breaks. Additionally, lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. See you there!

I can’t attend all day, can I attend part of the show?Absolutely! We’d love to have you stay all day, but understand that you have places to be. You’re welcome to pop in and out as you need to, no problem!

I can no longer attend, is my ticket transferable?We’re sad you can’t make it! Your ticket is absolutely transferable to another colleague or client. Additionally, you can also transfer your ticket to next year’s event if you’d like. If you’d like to transfer your ticket, let us know at explore@cosmonauts.biz and we’ll get it sorted!

Is there a booking deadline?Come one, come all! There is no deadline to get your ticket for the event, however, we have limited capacity so book early! Should you have further questions, feel free to contact the event organisers at explore@cosmonauts.biz or by calling +44 020 7590 3033.

Am I able to request a VAT invoice for my tickets?Please contact accounts@cosmonauts.biz to request further information regarding invoices regarding tickets.

Can I acquire a letter of participation?We’re happy to give you a letter of participation after the conference if you’d like one. Just let us know by contacting mission@cosmonauts.biz or by calling +44 020 7590 3033. We’ll make sure you’re good to go!
